Mining Screens
Modular systems: Modular systems are available in polyurethane and rubber: Westrail, Powerrail, Westdeck, and Powerdeck
Tension mats: Polyurethane and rubber tension mats are manufactured in different materials and thicknesses for both heavy-duty and light screening.
Trommel screens: TWG's polyurethane and rubber trommel screens feature modular construction for fast and easy changeouts.
A variety of locking systems are available.

Tension Screens
Tension Screen System replaces conventional woven wire, or fine punched plate screen systems, on cross or longitudinal tensioned screen machines

without any modification to the existing machine subframe.
Tension screens are strongly reinforced with high grade tensile steel. Press formed stainless steel hooked edges are precisely joined to the screen reinforcing ensuring that even tension will be applied across the screen when installed. Screens are designed to accurately butt and seal together when installed.
Particular care is taken when designing the screen cloth to maximise open area. Apertures (square hole or slot sizes) are available to the International Standard Series (R20), from 0.25mm to 50mm.

When using tensioned screens it is recommended the Polyurethane Stringer (bucker) bar cover should always be used. The stringer bar cover eliminates the

risk of screen whipping or flapping that softer rubber type covers may allow.
Steel reinforced Polyurethane side tension bars and centre hold downs are also custom built to suit the existing machine and hole locations.
Tension Screen Systems are custom built to suit the individual requirements of each customers machine specification. It is therefore necessary to

obtain machine side and subframe details. In this way the system will fit and operate efficiently without any modifications to the original equipment.

Polyurethane Tensioned Screen  Polyurethane Tensioned Screen. A tensioned polyurethane. Screening media with moulded holes for fine to medium coarse screening is intended for installation in screens with cambered screen decks complete with support bars and is made of hard-wearing polyurethane specially produced to cope with the tough requirements imposed on screening cloth.

Polyurethane Modular Screening Systems

Moulded modular polyurethane screen panels are made from specially formulated urethane to enhance plant and process requirements.
Apertures are available in Squares, Slots, Zigzag- VR Design Panel, along with new innovative designs. Openings range from 0.10mm to 250mm.
There are many benefits involved in using a polyurethane modular screening system which include the following:
• Easy changeover to maximise wear life and provide a more economical solution
• High density precision injection moulded Polyurethane screening module
• Modules available in : flat, inclined, with deflectors or weirs
• Can be staggered on sub frame or supports for better screening
• Support system used is firmly connected to screen frame
• Specifically designed for all mining and quarry industries

VR Panels
The proven solution to pegging and blinding problems. Available with apertures from 1.8mm to 70mm, VR Panels can successfully solve blinding problems experienced when screening dry, damp or near size particles. Our innovative zig-zag design helps minimise or eliminate pegging by producing a ¡°spring-like¡± vibrating action in the bridge sections to keep material moving through the screen opening without getting stuck.
Screenex signature VR Panel is available in a large range of different configurations and opening sizes. VR Panels have a high open area and are interchangeable with all standard Screenex screening panels.

Slots
Provide a means of increasing the open area of a screen deck and are commonly used in wet and dry applications. Screenex has more than 150 different slotted opening sizes. Our large range of different slot opening size designs ensures we can meet the most demanding application and material specifications.

Maxi Flexi Panels

Screenex Maxi flexi panels feature the highest open area in the industry. The development of the Screening Maxi Flexi panel has proven a big winner in screening applications with very sticky ore.
The most obvious benefit of our Maxi screen panel design is that more holes per panel means more tons per hour of spec product. Even with thicker bridge widths and wider panel margins to handle heavier applications, open areas on our Maxi screen panels can be as much as 30% greater than standard screen panels. The modular design of our screen panels allows quick changeover of any worn out areas.
Maxi screen panels are available in PolySnap as well as pin-style fastening options. The maxi design can be applied to a wide range of opening sizes and shapes, and system options and accessories are available to meet virtually any application requirement.
Water Drainage (WD) panels are used to restrict flow of material and reduce bed depth to assist dewatering of screen material. These panels also provide a ramp which helps maximise washing capabilities.

mpacts
Impact panels are typically used for feed and discharge sections of screens where high wear and beam protection are paramount.

Reversed Moulded

Reverse moulded panels are used in applications of dry sticky material and high bed depth. The free centre bar stops the panel from sagging while also allowing for maximum flexibility.

PANEL EXTRAS
Are special features incorporated into the screen media to address special application needs. Because of Screenex state of the art injection moulding process, these surface features are part of the original panel construction rather than a laminated add-on, resulting in a stronger, more trouble-free panel.

¡°L¡± Type Weirs
Typically used to increase material retention times and distribute material more evenly across the deck. L weirs have been successfully applied in wet applications to increase the washing effect, thereby providing a much cleaner ¡°over¡± product.

Restricted Flow Bars
Effective in fine sizing applications to control material flow rates and create a tumbling affect to intensify the dewatering and washing effect.

Deflectors

Available on all screen panels, deflectors help redirect material toward the middle of the panels to maximise screening efficiency.

Rider Bars

Rider Bars fitted to specific applications, keep the over sized material off the screening panel surface, which allows the smaller sized material earlier and improved access to the screening module apertures. This provides the double benefit of increasing the efficiency of the screening process and extending the wear life of the screen panel.

Ripple Flow

Ripple flow panels are a unique design for fine aperture panels. The small strips act as a mini rider bar, maximizing wear life of the panel while providing excellent efficiency.
